Do you offer discounts for multiple reports?

Yes. We offer volume-based bulk pricing for firms and advisors producing multiple reasonable compensation reports per year. Bulk pricing is customized based on annual volume and reporting needs. Contact us for details.

I’ve added clients to my Tier 3 account. How do I have them fill out the information in order for your software to calculate their reasonable compensation?

Your client will be able to access your portal with this link: https://www.reasonablecompcalc.com/client-login. Simply send them an email informing them that you are requesting them to access the reasonable compensation site, complete the steps, and submit the results.

I am a Tier 3 client. How do I add my firm’s clients to the portal?

After you have logged in to your account, click on the option “Manage Officers”. On the next screen, click on “Add New Officer” at the top right. The only fields you will need to input information in are the Name and Email fields. Scroll to the bottom of the page, check the box, then click “Submit”. After submitting, you can see a list of all your clients by clicking “Officers Table” at the top right of the screen. This will take you to the “Officers” screen. Click the “Search” button and the screen will populate with a list of your clients.

What are the differences between the Reasonable Compensation Calculated Tier Plans?

Our pricing is divided into three tiers: Tier 1 is priced at $199 and includes 1 user account with access to 1 report. Tier 2 is priced at $499 and provides 2 user accounts with access to 3 reports. For both Tier 1 and Tier 2, you are able to add additional users and reports for an additional price. Tier 3 is priced at $250 per month, allowing unlimited user accounts with unlimited reports, enabling firms to white-label the reasonable compensation calculations to provide customized reports for their clients.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

The purchase of Tier 1 and Tier 2 plans are non-refundable. The Tier 3 plan account holders will be able to cancel their monthly subscription at any time by notifying us via email (info@reasonablecompcalc.com) at least 7 days before the start of their next billing cycle. If you signed up for a Tier 3 plan and paid for a discounted annual subscription, the plan is non-refundable.

How do I sign up for a Tier Plan?

Select the 'Get Started Today!' button from our website's home page. You will be directed to the URL "https://www.reasonablecompcalc.com/new-user-account". Fill out the form on the web page with your information. After submitting, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete your registration.

How do I update my company logo for white-labeled reports?

After logging into your account, navigate to the left menu and select Account Management. From the dropdown, choose Go to Admin Portal. Next, go to Account Summary, check the box labeled Update Logo at the top of the page, and click Edit Company Logo. Finally, follow the on-screen instructions to update your organization's logo.
