- Tennessee – 14 counties including Carter, Greene, Sullivan, and Washington

🧾 What Returns & Payments Are Covered?
If you're in a qualifying area, the extension applies to:
- 2024 Individual income tax returns (Form 1040)
- Quarterly estimated payments (normally due April 15, 2025)
- 2024 Partnership & S-Corp returns (Form 1065 / 1120-S, normally due March 17)
- 2024 Corporate and fiduciary returns (Form 1120, normally due April 15)

ℹ️ Other Important Notes:
- You don’t need to contact the IRS—relief is automatic if your IRS address is in a disaster area.
- If you get a penalty notice, call the number on the notice for abatement.
- If your records are located in the disaster area, but you live elsewhere, call the IRS at 866-562-5227 for assistance.
- Disaster-related losses can be claimed in the year they occurred or the prior year. See Publication 547 for help.
