Can I edit a report after it has been calculated?

On Tier 1 and Tier 2, no. Calculation locks the report and uses one report credit, and the app warns you before you confirm. To change inputs, create a new report for the same officer. Tier 3 plans are unlimited, so generating another report costs nothing extra.
